Sonic Bonded pads are our low lint series of sorbet products. They are manufactured by ultrasonically bonding two layers of melt-blown polypropylene. This construction gives sonic bonded pads and rolls greater strength than regular melt-blown sorbents. These characteristics make sonic bonded products ideal for the use in industrial applications or in the rapid cleanup of oil and chemical spills where added strength is required.

Our Laminated products combine the absorbent properties of melt-blown constructed by ultrasonically bonding a high-loft, melt-blown sorbent between two layers of lint-free spunbond fabric. The result is the strongest of lint-free sorbent pads and rolls. This no lint feature enables pads to be used as wipes, while reducing the possibility of contaminating your product.

Fine Fiber Sorbents consist of two layers of fine fiber polypropylene ultrasonically bonded around a high-loft melt-blown core. These low-lint pads and rolls have the highest absorption rates of all our products and are the most versatile.
